ENTRANCE TEST

Below are the steps and details of our entrance test process. This ensures transparency and helps parents understand how we evaluate and onboard new learners.

đź“‹ Entrance Test Process

  1. Parents or guardians bring their child(ren) for the entrance test at the time scheduled by the school.
  2. The entrance test includes numeracy and literacy for nursery classes, and mathematics and English studies for primary classes.
  3. The test takes place in a classroom setting under the supervision of the teacher in charge.
  4. The teacher in charge marks and grades the test.
  5. The teacher writes recommendations to the principal in an objective manner.
  6. The head teacher or principal meets with the parent or guardian to discuss the child’s performance and the school’s decision.
  7. If the parent or guardian agrees with the school’s decision, they move on to the next stage.
  8. The head teacher or principal directs the parent or guardian to the secretary for system onboarding and school fee payments.
  9. Upon return, the head teacher or principal assigns the child(ren) to a class, house, and clubs.
  10. The head teacher instructs the secretary and storekeeper to provide the child(ren) with:
    • School prospectus
    • Calendar of events
    • School uniform
    • Sports wear
    • Books
    • List of other requirements
